Fantastic Childrens' Music for Rumpus, Dec. 4th, 2010

Jay Mankita will perform two sets of music at this year's Rumpus. Internationally acclaimed Jay Mankita who, according to Pete Seeger is "one of the half dozen best songwriters today" will be performing his witty, upbeat children's songs at noon and then again at 1:15. Local band Span of Sunshine performs at 10:30 and Carrie Ferguson and the Cherry Street Band are on at 2:30. This is a really exciting line up of fantastic music for children and adults alike.

Come early and plan to spend the day---free arts workshops for kids, a used childrens' clothing sale, sweet and savory warm food and a refreshingly lovely juried artisan's fair will keep you busy all day!
